  • Is it possible to mention my virtual address on my own website?

    Your address is part of your company. It is therefore possible to mention this information on your website. You can also mention the address on business cards and other company communications.

  • What documents do I need to register my company with Domiciliation Services Netherlands ?

    We would like to know who we are doing business with. We therefore ask for a copy of your passport or ID card. We also ask you to transfer 1 euro cent from your private bank account.


    Furthermore, it is necessary to confirm your address information. This can be done (for example) with a copy of a bank statement, telephone bill or invoice from your energy supplier. Your name and address are stated here. You can hide other information on these documents.

  • Are there companies that cannot be registered with the Chamber of Commerce at your address?

    In principle we are available for every type of company. However, we do not rent postal addresses to private individuals.


    Furthermore, in exceptional cases it may happen that you are not admitted due to the sector in which you conduct your business. If in doubt, please feel free to contact us.

  • Can foreign companies use a virtual office from Domiciliation Services Netherlands ?

    When setting up their Dutch BV, foreign companies that want to do business in the Netherlands often need a virtual address to establish the BV and an address during the start-up phase of the company.


    Domiciliation Services Netherlands is happy to assist foreign investors, but only through their Dutch bookkeeper/accountant, tax advisor and/or lawyer/notary. Furthermore, there may be additional identification obligations.
