Domiciliation Services Netherlands is happy to assist foreign investors, but only through their Dutch bookkeeper/accountant, tax advisor and/or lawyer/notary.
Virtual office / registered office

- Already doing business in the Netherlands, but you don't need a permanent office because your employees work remotely; and you do not want to use a home address of one of your employees as your registered business address?
- You would like a professional and reliable appearance to your customers?
A virtual -registered- office offers a solution: you mention our address on your website and business cards, and have your business mail delivered to our location.
Mail scan- and forwarding service
We send the mail weekly (on Saturdays) to your private address. Part of our mail processing service is our scanning service:
- We open your mail and email it daily to an email address of your choice.
- If you would rather not have us open your mail, we will scan the envelopes and you can decide for yourself whether we forward the mail directly to your private address or send it with the weekly mail round.
- If you are going on holiday: let us know in advance and we will hold the mail until you return home.
Our mail scanning and forwarding service is included in our packages.
If you want to maintain the corporate records of your company in the Netherlands: no problem. We offer secure storage of your corporate records such as hard copy financial statements, shareholders register, board minutes, agreements, etc.
Boardroom facilities / meeting room
You do not need a permanent office because you work remotely, but from time to time you need a meeting room for (board) meetings?
We offer fully equipped meeting rooms to our clients including high speed internet, coffee/tea/water. If so desired, we can arrange for lunch and snacks.
However, our office is only a 5 minute walk from the historic Volendam harbor. A perfect opportunity to stretch your legs in between meetings and have lunch at one of the many restaurants enjoying the unique views at the Volendam harbor. We are happy to arrange your lunch or dinner reservations.
